By encouraging an open and responsible corporate culture, we are convinced that situations involving misconduct and serious incidents can be prevented. If such situations were to occur despite our preventive efforts, we are firmly committed to managing and resolving these situations quickly and with great care.

Employees are encouraged to report any misconduct and serious incidents that they perceive as violations of laws, guidelines, internal governance documents, or similar.

Reporting should be done by:

• Contacting a member of the management team or your immediate manager.
• Communicating anonymously through the whistleblowing channel.
